Sam and Dean in mental institution

Hiya.

So I'm looking for a specific fic, one where Sam and Dean end up in a mental hospital where it's thought they have delusions about fighting demons in order to deal with poor treatment in their childhood, and they cling to each other to get by. It was vaguely creepy and beautiful and so plausible, and I'd really like to reread it.

And in that regard, any other insanity fics you would recommend would be great! Fics where one of the boys (or both) lose their minds, so to speak, whether they end up in an actual hospital or not. Wincest is preferred, but I'll gladly read good gen.

Dean sick/injured during Stanford era

Hey Everyone!

I'm looking for a story...again! Obviously.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure it was on ff.net but I'm not sure. I read two. The plotline was that Dean had had cancer when Sam was at Stanford but he managed to beat it. In the second one I read it was after Playthings and he makes it so that Sam finds his file and finds out about the cancer and he tells him that if he ever gets it again to just let him go and, of course, Sam gets all angry. Baisically Dean likens not fighting the cancer to Sam asking Dean to kill him. It was really good but now I can't find them! Help anyone?!

Also, any other fics that have Dean having some sort of illness/disease/injury when Sam was at Stanford that Sam finds out about.

Needlework SPN or RPF

I'm looking for any fic that involves one of the characters doing needlework of some kind (cross-stitch, embroidery, crocheting, knitting, etc).

I think there is one that has Dean knitting socks and Sam coveting them. Also, there might be a one where Jared/Sam takes up knitting to burn off excess energy.

Hey boys and girls!

Yesterday I was reading this really good fic on FF.net, but I don't know what hell happened and my pc black out. I just got it fixed and when I went to the history to see if I could locate the fic again, there was nothing that.
Anyways, I couldn't read the whole fic because of the black out thing, but it was a multichapter one, and in the first chapters a Shapeshifter wearing Dean's face tells Sam that the real Dean has feelings for his little brother and sexually harasses Sam. The brothers kill the shapeshifter. and then, Sam and his need to discuss everything, goes to Dean and asks him about what the SS said to him. Dean doesn't denny and is very ashamed. There's a fight and in the middle of it, Dean reveals to Sam that he is adopted and how he felt left out and how hard he fought for John's love, but he never got it. There's when my pc blacked out. Does this ring bells ?

Dean Hallucinates Sam

I'm looking for a story in which Sam dies in the season 1 finale car wreck and John is still alive. Dean doesn't accept this and hallucinates that Sam is still alive and by his side. John is around and Dean doesn't understand why he won't talk to Sam or Sam won't talk to him. Dean thinks it's because their arguments have gotten worse. There's Wincest with HallucinationSam (non-graphic, but present). John puts up with Dean's psychosis because the doctors have told him it's best for Dean to realize Sam is dead on his own, but John loses it at the end when Dean insists he make up with Sam and Dean's "pain" medication for his car accident injuries turns out to be anti-psychotic meds. HallucinationSam is very chatty with Dean and doesn't seem to like John.

I'd appreciate any help in finding it!

Cancer fic!

Hello again! I've got another request for you! I recently read a fic where Dean has had cancer and uses it to get Sam to understand what his request of killing him does to Dean. So, here's the request.
I'd like to read a fic where Dean has had cancer and Sam finds out. Or maybe for extra points, Dean is really sick and hides it from Sam and something happens on a hunt, collapses or somthing like that. Extra, extra points if the sick thingy is the cancer! Thanks people!

Sick!Jared

I know there are lots of fics where Jensen has some kind of illness or disease, but I want to know if there is any where Jared has an illness or disease - it could be anything for asthma to cancer - but he hides it from others or just neglets to tell them. Ultimatley it affect him drastically. Anything Jared!centric with lots of angst is always a huge plus. And bonus points for any looooong multi-chaptered fics.

specific fic: wincest & tattoos

I'm looking for a fic where Dean and Sam get matching tattoos (in different places, I believe Dean's is on his lower back and Sam's is in between his shoulder blades)...John is still alive in this fic and sees Dean's tattoo and figures that Dean and Sam are together.

This is *not* part of the Down To The End 'verse.

Dean Adopted And Taking Off After He Finds Out

Asking for your help yet again...

A request made reminded me of a gen fic I read a while ago. Sam and Dean encountered a demon (pretty damn sure it was a demon could be something else evil) and Sam gets pretty messed up. I believe the injury was centered around his leg he had to stay in the hospital for a few weeks and needed a cane when he finally left. Anyway, Dean digs into his past because of what the demon said to him and discovers that he was adopted and he starts to unravel. He sells the Impala, he hocks most of their weapons and leaves a bag with whatever was left and some cash in the motel before splitting. Sam and John eventually discover that Dean had ripped the journal to shreds in the room he stayed in, purposefully separate from his brother. They try to find him and Sam starts dreaming about a father who turns out to be Dean's biological one. The whole family had angelic names and the father was thought to have died in a car crash where baby Dean was said to have died but another son survived.

I know I read it on ff.net, and that it wasn't finished so I'm kind of hoping that someone knows where I can find a full version if there is one.

It was a great story and I have no idea where to start. I can't remember the author or the summary.

Any help at all would be wonderful.

Jared/Sam angst request.

There have been a lot of requests for Jensen and Dean, but I'm hoping someone could rec me some good Jared and Sam fics. Preferably some with angst.

Whether it's whumping them, or whatever, I just want them to be the main in the story. Slash of the J2 or Wincest variety is welcome.

RPS, Jared in serious denial

A little while back I read a fic in which Jared is a barista and works for Chad. Sandy dumped him because she said he was gay, and he's in total denial of it. Chad is skeptical, then takes Jared to a bar where he gets drunk and goes home with Jensen, thinking he's a woman because he was never able to focus on anything but Jensen's lips. Hijinks and general wackiness ensue.

Anyone have a link for this fic? I really loved it and would like to read it again, but I guess I didn't bookmark it when I read it the first time around! :(

Wee!Chesters fic

I recently read a story on ff.net about Dean having to work at a grocery store to make money because the money John left them has run out. Sam has no idea and Dean is having problems when the manager fires him for stealing after a co-worker frames him.
It was a great read and now I can't find it. I'd be forever grateful if someone could find thiis for me.

Dean sad!fic wanted!

Rec me sad!fic. Anything that makes you cry. I'd prefer it to be Dean centered, since I'm not that big a fan of whump!Sam. wee!Winchesters, AU, all is good, as long as it's gen or het (no slash, please). Sam POV is a definite plus.
