I read it a while ago, and it was a short one where Sam has a kink about biting. I think it was after a vampire had either bitten him or nearly bitten him, and he was really turned on, and he and Dean made out in the backseat, and I'm pretty sure Dean bit his hip, and Sam came, just like that.
